The multigrip on the chin up is great for training the back and biceps, while the dip and push up stations will exercise the chest, shoulders and triceps.

The padded VKR locks in your upper body when performing leg / knee raises to exercise your abs.

The T handle and foot rollers give further unique options - a balanced angled body squat and conventional ground based sit-ups - a total body basic trainer!

Two users can be accomodated at one time.
